Wouldn't it be nice to have a smart list in Notion that knows what needs to be on it on any given day? Look no further.

This system allows users to manage a lightweight system for recurring tasks, checklists, reminders, and any other recurring piece of information. This enables a user-friendly list view wherein the items that apply to the current day are visible, whether it be a day of the month, a day of the week, both, or multiples of each.

The user can duplicate the linked database for today's items (into their dashboard, for instance) to get a simple list showing only the items that are relevant today. This adds useful functionality and eliminates clutter. This single database can apply to multiple domains as well; by applying tag filters and placing the filtered linked databases in various pages, the same database can be used for personal chores, work items, weekly reviews, monthly reminders, and more.
